Refund policy

All of our picnic experiences that include food or rental are made to order.

NO SHOW

Your reservation/order results in a custom made meal for pick up, on the date you selected, from 11AM-2PM at the location you choose unless we've explicitly made alternative arrangements, which have been confirmed via email.

Orders and reservations without 48 hour cancelation or no shows will not receive a refund or credit.

    RESCHEDULE

    Reschedule at no cost, for a full credit with 48 hours notice.

    CANCELLATIONS

    All of our picnics are custom, made to order and are not refundable. You can reschedule your order to any future date at no additional cost within the terms of this policy.

    Cancellations due to natural disasters (hurricane warning or flood warning), this is Houston after all, will receive 100% credit.

    Cancellations with at least 48 hour notice receive 100% credit.
    Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will receive 50% credit.

    LATE RETURNS

    Returns will be made according to your reservation.

    Pickups from Bee2Bee Honey should be returned within 3 hours.
    Meetups at the park should be returned before 2 pm.

    If you encounter an emergency or delay, text us immediately. We'll make alternative arrangements.

    If you are unclear about the instructions, message us within 3 hours of your picnic basket pickup.

    BROKEN OR MISSING ITEMS

    We understand accidents happen and want to make every effort to be fair on pricing. Each time a picnic basket set is returned, we inspect carefully to ensure items are in original condition.

    Many of our items are vintage and difficult if not impossible to replace. 

    Broken or missing items will be charged to the card used for the order. In an effort to be fair, we will assess any broken or damaged items at the current market rate.

    CHARGEBACKS

    We take this very seriously.
    If you suspect fraud, contact us immediately!

    There has been a rise in retail chargebacks during COVID. To prevent chargebacks we use at the following, at minimum:

    • AVS - Address Verification System
    • CVV - Card Verification Value Confirmation
    • Signed or Text Pickup Confirmation
